Our name is a promise.
At Breaking Bias, we create welcoming spaces for open dialogue, authentic learning, and meaningful human connection in international settings and at home—where assumptions are thoughtfully challenged, perspectives are broadened, and understanding is built one conversation at a time.
The "colors" woven throughout this original painting inspires our journeys through the histories of the African Diaspora: layered, vibrant, and impossible to reduce to a single shade. Each layer tells a story, each color reflects a unique experience, and together they form something richer than any one perspective alone.
